It is your responsibility to have prior experience with Kundalini awakening, and it is necessary to have attended several sessions before applying.
- Schedule: The training will run daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evenings are free, but it is recommended that you avoid other commitments during this time to fully integrate the day’s work.
- Preparation: No specific preparation is required, but it is advised to be well-rested and relaxed before the training. Follow a light, plant-based diet, avoiding red meat, coffee, and processed foods in the days leading up to the event.
- What to Bring: A pen, notebook, water bottle, and optional white clothing for energy transmissions.
- Food: Begin the day with a light meal or juice. Bring snacks for after the morning session if necessary.
- Integration: The integration period after the training lasts about one month. You will have the opportunity to connect with Anna in a WhatsApp group, where you can share experiences, ask questions, and receive support.

Kundalini Awakening is not recommended during the first three trimesters of pregnancy due to the intensity of the energetic and emotional release it may trigger. After the third trimester — especially if you are healthy, used to movement (such as yoga, Pilates, or fitness), and feel stable — sessions may be possible, depending on your state and level of experience with inner work. Always listen to your body, and feel free to discuss it with me before booking. Your safety and your baby’s well-being are the priority.
Yes. I recommend this practice for those aged 16 and above. The experience can be emotionally and energetically intense, so a certain level of maturity and grounding is important. If someone younger feels strongly called, a personal conversation would be needed to assess readiness and support.
